Something to rescue? your very ripe bananas.
Ingredients
8 ripe Bananas
2 cups – all purpose flour
1 teaspoon – baking powder
1/2 cup – sugar
1 cup – milk
1 egg
Salad Oil
Mix up flour, baking powder and sugar. Add the egg and milk (add milk bit by bit to get the batter to a smooth, medium consistency).
Peel bananas, cut each into half and then lengthwise to form quarters.
Dip into your batter and fry in salad oil on medium heat until browned..
I prefer to eat them once cool though warm is just as yummy? as a snack or dessert.
Leftovers can stay for 2 or so days in the fridge.
